Production approval should mean that the submitted company or professional information was checked according to the platform process. It must not be presented as a guarantee that a company, project or individual will always act safely.

Talent data must be used only for genuine casting work

Scraping, mass harvesting, unrelated marketing, harassment, impersonation and redistribution of protected talent information should be prohibited. Access should be logged and subject to suspension when misuse is detected.

Casting requests should stay professional

Project type, role, audition method, location, date range and other essential requirements should be clear. Sensitive or inappropriate requests, misleading payment demands and pressure to move immediately to private channels should trigger review.
