If you encounter suspicious casting activity, impersonation, fraud, harassment, inappropriate requests or misuse of talent information connected to TamilCasting, contact us through the official channel below.

What you can report

You may report suspected fake casting calls, someone impersonating TamilCasting, suspicious payment demands, harassment, pressure to attend unsafe private locations, inappropriate photo/video requests, unauthorized use of talent photos, account misuse or other safety concerns.

What to include

Include the relevant name or account, project/company claimed, date, website/profile URL where available, screenshots or message details, and a short explanation of what happened. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure process.

Preserve evidence

If safe to do so, keep screenshots, payment references, usernames, links and message history. Do not continue an unsafe interaction only to collect more evidence.

If you believe there is immediate physical danger

Prioritise your personal safety and contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service. TamilCasting support is not a replacement for emergency assistance.

Grievance mechanism

Before talent registration, user uploads and production accounts are enabled, TamilCasting will publish the appointed Grievance Officer's name and official grievance contact details on this page or another page directly accessible from the website. The current public phone number is intentionally not published because it is not required for the present informational website.

Do not trust unofficial payment requests

TamilCasting does not guarantee roles. Do not assume a WhatsApp, social-media or email account using the TamilCasting name is genuine unless it matches an official channel published on tamilcasting.com.
